formaci\u00f3n de la Universidad Nacional de Loja en cumplimiento del principio de pertinencia. Llegando a determinar un programa del cual se desprenden cinco proyectos. Para poder legalizar la ejecuci\u00f3n de los proyectos se realizar\u00e1 la firma de convenios de vinculaci\u00f3n con las entidades beneficiadas.<br \/><br \/><\/div><div>La vinculaci\u00f3n con la sociedad es un conjunto de actividades que implica la planeaci\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de acciones; as\u00ed mismo es una de las funciones sustantivas de la educaci\u00f3n superior, tiene una importancia igual a las funciones de la academia y de la investigaci\u00f3n, pues de estas dos anteriores se derivan las propuestas y proyectos encaminados a resolver los acuciantes problemas del entorno en su conjunto bajo la responsabilidad social, enfocados en el desarrollo sostenible de diferentes comunidades, buscando contribuir al desarrollo de proyectos socio-educativos, culturales, productivos e class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em><strong><u>Diagn\u00f3stico<\/u>:<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0En esta etapa se hizo una revisi\u00f3n de lo propuesto por el gobierno nacional a trav\u00e9s del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, cuyos objetivos son replicados en las agendas territoriales tratando de el logro de los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos y as\u00ed mismo se hizo un an\u00e1lisis de las necesidades del sector a trav\u00e9s de reuniones con algunos representantes de los sectores productivos y sociales del entorno. Por otro lado, se observ\u00f3 los perfiles de egreso de cada carrera y sus dominios, de tal manera que se pueda establecer cu\u00e1les ser\u00edan las \u00e1reas de intervenci\u00f3n por parte de la instituci\u00f3n, considerando que la instituci\u00f3n debe corresponder su accionar basado en los tres ejes sustantivos de la educaci\u00f3n superior: Docencia, Investigaci\u00f3n y Vinculaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong><em><u>Planeaci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Teniendo claro las \u00e1reas de intervenci\u00f3n, se revisa cu\u00e1les ser\u00edan los programas que puede desarrollar la instituci\u00f3n considerando que al momento solo se oferta la carrera de Tecnolog\u00eda Superior en Redes y Telecomunicaciones y la carrera de Inform\u00e1tica se encuentra habilitada para registro de t\u00edtulos.<br \/><br \/>Llegando a determinar un programa del cual se desprenden cinco proyectos. Para poder legalizar la ejecuci\u00f3n de los proyectos se realizar\u00e1 la firma de convenios de vinculaci\u00f3n con las entidades beneficiadas.<\/p><p><em><u><strong>Ejecuci\u00f3n:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/u><\/em>Una vez planteado el programa y proyectos de vinculaci\u00f3n se debe realizar la asignaci\u00f3n formal de docentes y estudiantes que participaran en los proyectos, as\u00ed mismo se har\u00e1 conocer a las empresas beneficiarias los estudiantes y docentes asignados y la fecha de inicio y fin del proyecto.<\/p><p><em><strong><u>Seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/em>Para el seguimiento de la ejecuci\u00f3n de cada proyecto de vinculaci\u00f3n se destinar\u00e1 a un docente responsable y secundario, as\u00ed como un supervisor empresarial principal y secundario, quienes emitir\u00e1n un certificado de cumplimiento de los proyectos de vinculaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La coordinaci\u00f3n de vinculaci\u00f3n medir\u00e1 los resultados de vinculaci\u00f3n una vez culminado cada proyecto de vinculaci\u00f3n, estableciendo los beneficios obtenidos para la comunidad y para la formaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes, los resultados de esta medici\u00f3n servir\u00e1n para conocer que tanto aport\u00f3 la comunidad acad\u00e9mica a mitigar los problemas de la localidad as\u00ed mismo ser\u00e1n un insumo para la mejora de la formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica en caso de ser necesario.
